From 2004 until December 2014, Mr. Deely was President and Chief Executive Officer of LW Supply Corporationrationration, a subsidiary of USG Corporationrationration, and from 2008 until November 2014, he was Senior Vice President of USG Corporationrationration, a publiclyowned manufacturer and distributor of highperformance building systems. For more than five years prior thereto, Mr. Deely held various executive positions with USG Corporation and its subsidiaries. Mr. Deely has extensive experience with respect to corporate management, operations, and compensation matters, and extensive experience with social responsibility organizations. since 2011.
