He served as Head of Product Management Search Technologies for Oracle Corporation a computer technology corporation. From September 1999 to June 2005 Mr. Laplanche served as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TripleHop Technologies an enterprise software company the assets of which were acquired by Oracle Corporation in June 2005. Mr. Laplanche holds a postgraduate DESSDJCE degree from the Universit de Montpellier Montpellier France and an M.B.A. from HEC Business School Paris France. Mr. Laplanche was chosen to serve on our Board of Directors because of the perspective and experience he brings as our founder and Chief Executive Officer and his experience with high growth technology companies.
