Mr. Ken Miller is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. MILLER joined Juniper in June 1999 and has served the Company in a number of roles. He will serve as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since April 2014 Mr. Miller was serving as our Senior Vice President, Finance, where he was responsible for the finance organization across the Company, as well as our treasury, tax and global business services functions. Previously, Mr. Miller has served as our Vice President, GoToMarket Finance Vice President, Platform Systems Division Vice President, SLT Business Group Controller and in other positions in the Finance and Accounting organizations since 2016.

Juniper Networks Leadership Team
