Before joining Intelsat in 2003, Mr. Spengler held various positions in the telecommunications industry, including Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Broadband Access Networks at Cirronet, Inc., Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ViaSat Satellite Networks, Regional Sales Director for Satellite Networks in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for ScientificAtlanta Europe based in London, and sales and marketing positions at GTE Spacenet and GTE Corporationrationration. Mr. Spengler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and his Masters of Business Administration from Boston University in Massachusetts.
