Mr. Joseph D. Fodo has resigned as Chief Operating Officer Executive Vice President of the Company. effective 1 April 2016. Previously Mr. Fodo served as Vice President of Operations from January 2002 until January 2011 and Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations within the Industrial Sand Division from October 1999 until January 2002. Prior to joining the company Mr. Fodo was Vice President of Operations for Oglebay Norton. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Sustainable Development Task Force for The Industrial Minerals Association of North America and as a board member for the National Industrial Sand Association since 2011.
