Dr. John G. Nackel, Ph.D. is an Independent Director of The Ensign Group, Inc. Dr. Nackel has served as a member of our Board of Directors since his election to the Board in June 2008. He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ThreeSixty Advisory Group, LLC and Founder and General Partner of Wavemaker ThreeSixty Health, LP venture fund. Founded in 2007 by Dr. Nackel, ThreeSixty consults with leading health systems, payers, physicians, medical technology companies, and other providers. Founded in 2018, Wavemaker 360 invests in earlystagehealth care companies in the valuebased payment space. Dr. Nackel is a 25year veteran of Ernst Young where he advised health care companies in his role as a Global Managing Director of Health Care. Dr. Nackel also served as CEO of Ingenix Consulting, a division of United Healthcare since 2008.
