Mr. Neil Woodyer is nolonger President Chief Executive Officer Executive Director of Endeavour Mining Corporationrationration. Effective June 28th 2016. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and is responsible for managing the Corporation gold operations. His experience in the natural resource business spans more than 30 years. He was previously the Managing Director of Endeavour Financial which provided financial advisory services to companies operating within the natural resources industry. Prior to that he held Chief Executive Officer positions with Lloyds International Trading a subsidiary of Lloyds Bank specializing in project and trade finance and commodity trading and with Amalgamets group of New York and Latin American based metal trading and mining finance companies. Mr. Woodyer is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. since 2002.
