He also served as Lead Director of Motorola Solutions, Inc., a communications products company, until his retirement from that board in May 2015, and was NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of Motorola from May 2008 through May 2011. From October 2006 through April 2008, he was a Managing Director and Senior Advisor with Warburg Pincus LLC, a global private equity firm. From November 2005 until January 2006, Mr. Dorman served as President and a director of ATT Inc., a telecommunications company . From November 2002 until November 2005, Mr. Dorman was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of ATT Corporation since 2011.
