Mr. Andrew Watts is Executive Customer and Partner Engagement of Bendigo And Adelaide Bank Limited. He was joined Bendigo Bank in 1994, just prior to bank conversion in 1995. He has held senior management positions in Marketing, Product Development, Direct Banking, Electronic Banking and Retail, and has overseen a number of strategic projects. Mr. Watts moved into Information Technology in 2006 as General Manager, Business Integration Strategy, and was appointed to the role of Chief Information Officer on August 27, 2007, overseeing the information technology operations in Bendigo and Adelaide. since 2015.

Bendigo and Adelaide Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Bendigo's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Bendigo inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Bendigo. The board's role is to monitor Bendigo's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Bendigo's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, Bendigo's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
