Mr. Quek Swee Heng is Chief Executive OfficeASEAN Region of BreadTalk Group Ltd. He assists the Chairman in overseeing the development and growth of the Group, focusing on the Groups expansion into China. As CEO of BreadTalk China, he was based in Shanghai since January 2005 where he oversees the fast expanding bakery operations in Shanghai and Beijing. His experience has led to the export of the BreadTalk brand name through a franchise model system run by the inhouse franchise team. Currently, there are about 140 BreadTalk outlets in 30 cities in China. Prior to joining the Group in 2001, he held various positions in Topwin Singapore. He holds a MBA from the American University of Hawaii, USA. since 2014.
