Mr. Guilherme Cassel serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer Chief Credit Officer Member of the Executive Board and Member of the Board of Directors of Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul SA. He served as State Minister of Agrarian Development from June 2006 to January 2011 Executive Secretary to the Ministry of Agrarian Development from 2003 to 2006 Chief of Staff of the Vice Governor of Rio Grande do Sul and Secretary General of Government in 2002 Deputy Chief of Staff and Assistant Chief of Staff between 1999 and 2001 among others. He was also Fiscal Council Member of the Brazilian Emergency Energy Trading Company in 2003 Member of the Board of Foreign Trade in 2006 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrobras Biocombustivel SA from 2010 to 2011. He graduated from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria in Civil Engineering and has a specialization course in Human Resource Management from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
