Mr. Cole serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Ipswich Bank, a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Cole is a director and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Ipswich Bank. Prior to joining First Ipswich Bank in 2004, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ocean National Bank in Kennebunk, Maine. Mr. Cole currently serves as a director of the Ipswich YMCA Board and as a director and the Treasurer of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Cole is a former Director of the Maine Bankers Association and is actively involved with state, national banking and insurance associations, as well as an active participant in local municipal and civic organizations since 2011.
