As a director of Medford Cooperative Bank, Mr. Hackett served as the chair of the Loan, Investment, Compensation, and Nominating Committees. As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Hackett serves on the Company Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees. Mr. Hackett longtime service as a member of the Board of Directors of another financial institution provides him with unique and valuable insight as it relates to the oversight of the Company activities. since 2007.
