Mr. Harshman was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from May 2011 through December 2018, and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2010 until May 2011. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2010. Mr. Harshman joined the Company in 1978 and served in several financial management roles for the Company. Mr. Harshman will retire from his role as Executive Chairman in conjunction with the 2019 Annual Meeting. since 2018.
