Ms. Istini Tatiek Siddharta serves as the President Director of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk since January 1, 2016. She served as Company Vice President Director from December 2012 until January 1, 2016. She obtained Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia in 1985 and MBA in Finance from University of California, Los Angeles, in 1994. She started her career as a public accountant and was subsequently made a Partner at Siddharta, Siddharta Harsono in Indonesia, a member firm of Coopers Lybrand, which later became a member firm of KPMG in 1998. She is an active member of the Institute of Indonesian Accountants, as well as a member of the Consultative Board of Financial Accounting Standards of the Institute of Indonesian Accountants. She was chairwoman for the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards Board from 2000 to 2002. since 2016.

Elected by the shareholders, the Austindo Nusantara's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Austindo Nusantara inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Austindo.
