He served for Hella KGaA from 2004 to 2007 as Chief Executive Officer China operations in Shanghai prior to joining Rieter Holding. From 1997 to 2004 he served at ZF Lenksysteme GmbH responsible for Asian operations. He worked for Aesculap AG from 1992 to 1997 where he was responsible for operations in Penang Malaysia. Since October 2007 he has served as Member of the Executive Committee of Rieter Holding Automotive Systems Division responsible for the division Business Group Asia since 2011.
