Mr. Ivan Kaufman is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company., since June 2003. Mr. Kaufman was Chief Executive Officer and President of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, our Manager, since its inception in 1993. Arbor Commercial Mortgage is a national commercial real estate finance company which specializes in debt and equity financing for multifamily and commercial real estate. In 1983, he cofounded a predecessor of Arbor National Holdings Inc. and its residential lending subsidiary, Arbor National Mortgage Inc., which became a public company in 1992 and was sold to BankAmerica in 1995. Mr. Kaufman was named regional Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine for outstanding achievements in financial services in 1990 since 2003.
